In this workshop, we will kick off with a panel of child advocates working on a range of issues to talk about what was successful in their advocacy efforts and what challenges they faced. You’ll then get an overview about the ins-and-outs of creating an advocacy campaign, before breaking out in table discussions where you’ll work with your peers to create a sample advocacy plan. When you leave the workshop, you’ll have the foundational knowledge you need to create a campaign to help improve the lives of kids on an issue you care about.
