- Education and Fiscal Policy Fellow
Aaron Conrad joined the AACF team as the Education and Fiscal Policy Fellow in July 2025 after previously serving as AACF’s Community Engagement Intern.
Aaron is a lifelong Arkansan and grew up in Benton. He graduated from the Schedler Honors College at University of Central Arkansas in 2023, earning a bachelor’s degree in both public administration and sociology. Aaron then attended the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service where he graduated with a Master of Public Service (MPS) in May 2025. During his time at the Clinton School he conducted research on barriers to homeownership for first time buyers with Encore Bank and authored a capstone focused on access to capital for small business owners in partnership with the Arkansas CDFI Coalition.
Aaron’s commitment to advocacy and community action began in the second grade when he organized a fundraising effort to benefit a classmate’s treatment at St. Jude. He is excited to join the team at AACF and continue living out his passion for public service and advocating for others. Today, Aaron lives in North Little Rock with his cat Samson. He is a season ticket holder at the Arkansas Travelers and can be found using the Arkansas River Trail.
