Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families does not receive federal funding, or any government funding for that matter. That helps give us the independence and credibility we need to do our jobs to advocate for better public policy at both the state and federal level. So, while our work is not directly affected by cuts to federal grants, or other government budget cuts, we fight back against cuts because of the negative impact they would have on children and families in our state.
