Esther Schroeder joined AACF as our Northwest Arkansas Development Director in May 2024. Prior to AACF, Esther worked at Make-A-Wish Mid-South in Fayetteville, AR, for nine years. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, and studied fundraising at the Indiana University School of Fundraising. Esther specializes in fundraising and raised $6 million in her time at Make-A-Wish. Due to her efforts, Make-A-Wish Mid-South raised their fundraising budget by 347% within two years of her starting there, and the Northwest Arkansas office is on track to raise $1 million annually.
